• 152. Easy tells Night and Day to “keep off the grass,” but people are all over the grass in the next shot and beyond. (Playboy Island)

• 153. Despite five stitches in his hand less than two days ago, Hutch gets his bare hand wet, no stitches are seen, he pours shampoo into that hand and washes his hair vigorously with no apparent pain. (Fatal Charm)

• 154. Hutch clutches his half-eaten apple. It disappears out of his hand when he opens his locker to see the newspaper article. No, it isn’t on the floor. And no, it isn’t that second half-eaten apple on top shelf of his locker. (Murder Ward)

• 155. The outside entrance to the Galleria, as viewed from the street, is very different from the one shown as people come into the door. (Rosey Malone)

• 156. Merle calls Sulko’s car chartreuse when it is actually red. (Jojo)

• 163. The address of the Lone Star Bar and Grill may be 440, but it isn’t 440 Wilmington as referenced; it is 440 S. Los Angeles, determined from the sign in the alley Hutch runs through as he runs into thugs who want his bag. (Psychic)

• 164. The note Matt Coyle writes out for Starsky and Hutch to bring in Longman is completely different than the one Hutch shows Johnny at the bar. The first note has four lines, large writing and a very distinct left-handed script. The second note has five lines, smaller print, different font and the words “Johnny Longman,” which the first note did not have. (Iron Mike)

• 165. The apartment house on Garvey has seven names on the main mailbox where Hutch knocks. Yet Hutch doesn’t go in the outer door to knock on the specific apartment door. Then, when he opens the door, the view is directly into the prep’s living room. (Iron Mike)

• 166. Starsky has to re-introduce himself to Merle the Earl when he and Hutch go to ask about Sulko’s car; Merle sort of remembers Starsky through Starsky’s Uncle Al. Yet a year later, Starsky tells Hutch Merle has been “doing my work for years.” (Jojo, Bloodbath)

• 167. The bus Lisa Graham is raped in has two different numbers. The exterior number is 1011. The interior number is 5477. (Nightmare)

• 176. Hutch says 1427 Lennox is “near where we found that medallion.” Starsky and Hutch didn’t find the medallion, it came off of Danny Daveen, the drug dealer, in Starsky’s cab. And to be more precise, a cut scene shows Danny finding it in the trash. (Quadromania)

• 177. Lionel chooses his victims from the cabstand on 3
rd and Main. His accident, which he is avenging with the time and place, occurs at 4th and Main (according to the newspaper article).
This is either a continuity error, or the accident occurred a block from the cabstand. (Quadromania)

• 178. Starsky drives an old checker cab, but the long shot of him driving with Danny Daveen shows a modern sedan. (Quadromania)

• 179. Harry sends Laura out to the market at 4:45 pm. At some point before this time, Starsky and Hutch hope to “get lucky” and catch Harry, as Hutch mentions the sunset happens in two hours. A short time later, Starsky and Hutch argue about Hutch going in undercover. Starsky says it gets dark in an hour. The clock reads 6:10 after Laura hits Harry with the vase, yet it is still very, very bright outside. Even here in Minnesota, in the dead of winter, the sun stays up until 4:00 or 4:30. Just what time does the sun go down in Bay City? (Deckwatch)

• 182. Lizzie Thorpe tells her husband she will be home by midnight. It appears it is 12:30, a half an hour past this time when Starsky and Hutch realize Marty Decker isn’t their suspect, get the word about her car being located and then rushing off. It is very dark outside. It is very light outside, with the time appearing to be just before 5:00 am when Starsky and Hutch finally make it to Fever’s garage to see her car. Just what have they been doing for the last four and a half hours? (Discomania)

• 183. Hutch tells Rudy they have to confiscate the moonshine as it is bootleg, but they end up leaving it. Rudy puts it back under the bar. (Moonshine)

• 184. Starsky tells Hutch his dance contest with Roxy is “tonight,” when they pull up to the Smokey Mountain Inn. Dobey tells Hutch, after Kendall is found, his and Starsky’s cover better be better than the agents “tonight,” which would be Amateur Night at the Backwoods Inn. It is certainly at least one day later, perhaps more, when Starsky and Hutch wrap up the case with the dance contest still coming up that night. (Moonshine)

• 185. Hutch wakes up at Marianne’s place. She tells him it is 7:00 in the morning. Hutch appears at his own place, rushes out to save Marianne, he and Starsky get to her place, rush up the stairs after the altercation in Marianne’s place and Harry is shot. • 186. Perhaps Reuben provides a valet service? There are no cars parked in front of Reuben’s building when we first see Reuben, Lucas and Huntley there. When Huntley leaves his car is in front, and Jimmy Lucas’ car is parked right behind it. (Birds of a Feather)

• 187. Jack Parker is able to shoot at least 18 bullets from his handgun without reloading. (Groupie)

• 188. Starsky tells the nurse on the phone that Hutch was operated upon “today.” It was actually yesterday. (Black and Blue)

• 189. Slate captures Biggs at 406 Main, stuffs him in the trunk, drives him around, only to take him out in front of the building with the address 455 Main. (Strange Justice)

• 190. Dispatch calls officers to the Rosslyn Hotel at 458 S. Weller. The address on the actual building is 455 S. Main. (Strange Justice)

• 191. When the tractor busts out of the burning barn, the two people in the wagon have different color pants on than Starsky and Hutch. (Trap)

• 197. During the cocaine bust, as the bad guys are cuffed, Hutch answers a question from Kalowitz as he holds his prisoner. Then he then grabs Starsky's handcuffed prisoner and begins to walk away. In the next shot, Starsky is still cuffing his prisoner and he is nowhere near Hutch. He then shoves his prisoner over to Hutch. (Snowstorm)
