• 3. “Joanne Mello” mentions being frightened about “what happened this morning” but the shooting was the day before. (Death Ride)

• 4. Hutch’s arm with tracks in the close up is inaccurate. The camera shot angle is wrong and the shirt is too clean. It is an infill shot. (Fix)

• 5. The fake Torino has the same license plate as the real one. And Tony’s car has the same one four years later. (Starsky and Hutch Are Guilty, Discomania)

• 6. When Starsky is holding Prudholm by the throat, sometimes he has two hands on him, sometimes one hand and the gun. (Starsky’s Lady)

• 7. Ward Billings, on a gurney and wheeled to ambulance, is dead. His face, however, is uncovered and his eyes are open. (Committee)

• 36. Hutch’s hand is slashed in the underground parking lot. A few days later, there is no sign of the injury. In fact, he smashes a fist into the palm of his hand as he and Huggy leave law office. (Sweet Revenge)

• 37. Hutch tells Lou Scobie he will meet him at Barnaby’s in twenty minutes, yet he sets his oven timer for thirty-five minutes. Hutch must figure Lou will talk really fast, and that whatever Hutch is cooking could stand a little extra time in the oven. (Survival)

• 38. Starsky pushes Jojo into the car through the front door, yet Jojo is in the backseat in the next shot. (Jojo)

• 39. Hutch puts the mars light on the Torino on the way to the robbery, but it is off when they arrive. Not knowing how far sound travels makes it unlikely he takes if off before they get there to be crafty, so looks like a production error. (Tap Dancing)

• 40. Steve says Starsky doesn’t look enough like him to “fool a blind man,” yet in a previous scene Starsky plays his stunt double. (Murder on Stage 17)

• 41. Hutch refers to the Green Parrot as the Parrot Club when talking to Huggy. (Death in a Different Place)

• 42. Starsky and Hutch bet $5 over Chris helps. That bet turns into $10 without explanation, before the guys up the bet to $20. (Heroes)

• 43. Joey Carston flings her jacket over her shoulders. In the first scene, it is all the way over her shoulder. As she walks to her bedroom, the sleeve is stuck on her head. (Trap)

• 44. Starsky has frying pan in one hand, tries to put red zippered sweatshirt on with the other as he and Hutch hurry out the door. Seconds later, Starsky’s sweatshirt is zipped all the way up, pan in hand. (Satan’s Witches)

• 45. Starsky’s hat, which falls off his head as he falls out of the cab, isn’t next to the car when Hutch and K.C. show up. (Quadromania)
